Requirements change
Import requirements, duty rates, standards, testing obligations and freight costs vary according to the product, its intended use, the country of manufacture and applicable regulations, and they change over time. Approvals and licensed activities
Final import approvals are issued by the relevant authorities, not by Import Israel. Where a service requires a licence — including customs brokerage and certain regulatory and financial activities — it is delivered through appropriately licensed professionals and service partners.
Financing
Any financing referred to on this site is subject to eligibility, underwriting and approval by the relevant financing provider. We make introductions and assist with preparation; we do not approve or provide credit.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee customs approval, regulatory approval, delivery dates that depend on third parties, or any particular commercial outcome. Estimates provided before an engagement are estimates, based on the information available at the time.
Engagement terms
Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreed with each client. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the engagement terms apply.
