Yes, and this is one of the most useful things we do. We can review the supplier, the quotation and the terms, and arrange a factory audit before you transfer money.

It depends on the product, its intended use and how it is classified. We carry out an initial regulatory assessment to identify the requirements that are likely to apply, and coordinate testing and documentation where needed. Final approvals are issued by the relevant authorities.

Yes. We coordinate laboratory testing and the associated documentation through recognised testing bodies, and manage the product file and declarations.

We help plan the import budget and cash flow, and we can introduce you to banks and financing partners for letters of credit, documentary payments and purchase-order or inventory financing. Financing is subject to eligibility, underwriting and approval by the relevant financing provider.

Yes — coordinated and managed by us, and delivered through appropriately licensed professionals and service partners. We prepare and manage the documentation, support classification, estimate duty and taxes, and work to prevent avoidable storage charges at the port.
